Ritek must continuously develop and maintain the quality system to meet the demands of customers and other stakeholders, while at the same time it must function as an effective control tool internally within the company. The system is based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and AQAP 2110:2016, and certified in accordance with these.

Quality

We will continuously seek to improve our processes in order to satisfy our customers' demands, needs and expectations in a cost-effective manner, within financial frameworks that ensure jobs and necessary investments in equipment and expertise.

In order to carry out the various tasks we have, we must ensure that performing personnel have sufficient qualifications and experience to carry them out in accordance with external and internal requirements.

The quality policy is the guiding principle for our quality objectives, and in the event of changes, both new policy and changed objectives will be communicated to all employees.

Customers must perceive us as a proactive and preferred partner within the services we offer and deliver, both within Quality, Health, Environment and Safety.
